By accessing and using PatmatLog, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Description of Service

PatmatLog is a cloud-based platform designed for construction companies to track costs, manage workers, monitor sites, and analyze project performance. The service includes mobile and web applications, data storage, reporting tools, and related features. We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using the service and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Subscription and Payment

PatmatLog is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription. Fees are charged monthly or annually based on your chosen plan. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. If payment is not received, we may suspend or terminate your access to the service.

5. Data Ownership and Usage

You retain all rights to the data you enter into PatmatLog, including worker information, site details, and financial records. We claim no ownership over your content. However, by using our service, you grant us permission to store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you input.

6. Limitation of Liability

PatmatLog is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
